Westchase Software Corporation does not make money from advertisements from other parties, nor from the sale or transfer of personal information to other parties. The information we collect from you is used solely to make our products work as well as possible for you and to fight spam, hacking, and other forms of abuse through the Internet.

Information we collect

Unless you voluntarily register at our site, we do not collect any information whatsoever from you. Browsing the site and downloading public items as an unregistered user or without logging in is completely anonymous.

When you register at our site, we collect your name (first and last), your email address, the IP address from which you are connected to our website. When you install any of our software that requires a site license, we also collect information that identifies your device.

The email address you provide must be a real email address to which you have access. Your email address is used to prevent unauthorized parties from posing as legitimate contacts.

How we use, acquire, store, and transfer the information

We use your information only internally within Westchase Software Corporation for the purpose of identifying you as a customer.

We acquire your information when you provide it to us while registering at our site, or when activating a license for our software products.

When you purchase a product through our website your payment transaction is routed directly through a secure payment hub (such as PayPal). We do not acquire or store any information related to a credit or debit cards, bank accounts, or similar sensitive information.

Under no circumstances do we transfer the information we have about you to other parties.

How we delete the information

We delete all information we have about you upon your request (via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or the "Contact Us" form on our website). This will not invalidate any license you may already have for our software but you may need to register again to obtain a new license or extend an existing one. However, deleting your information will restrict your access to that of non registered users. It may also invalidate any future discounts you may receive as an existing customer.
